Merry Christmas from all of us in the Thorhild Agricultural Society! To date we have received no applications for the Thorhild Agriplex concessionaire. This is a service we would like to continue to offer. If anyone has any ideas on how we could efficiently operate the concession and offer this service to our patrons, please let us know. A huge thank you to Thorhild Minor Hockey Association for their generous donation which will assist us with the costs of repairs due to the break ins.

As a non-profit organization, run by volunteers and minimal government funding, more than ever we realize that times are tough for a lot of people. However, the Agriplex has been broken into for the 3rd time in 3 months. This comes with huge costs for us to replace doors and repairs due to damage. Insurance is not covering this, because in order for us to afford insurance, the deductible is high. Year over year we skim by with lack of funding and the same core volunteers.
